All rooms have full bath and air conditioning. The Studio Apartment
and Barn/Loft have televisions and vcrs.
Rates are based on double occupancy and include continental breakfast.
Each additional person in room is $15.00.
Reservation are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit (minimum
deposit - one night stay). Deposits are refundable (minus a $20.00
processing fee) only if we receive your cancellation a minimum
of 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any cancellation received
less than two weeks prior to the reservation may not receive credit
unless we are able to rebook the room.
Rates do not include Massachusetts State Tax.
A three night minimum is required for weekends in July, August
and October and any other weekend that includes a Monday holiday.
Check in time is 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Special arrangements may be
made for late arrival. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
The Cobble View is a nonsmoking bed and breakfast. Smoking is
allowed outside in designated areas only.
Children age twelve and over are welcome in any of our accommodations.
We recommend the Studio Apartment for guests with younger children.
Unfortunately we can not accommodate guest's pets. However,
our golden retriever Bailey will welcome your attention.
For your special occasion we will be happy to provide extras
such as flowers, chocolates and champagne or other goodies for
a nominal charge.
